This Shipping and Returns Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to product delivery and returns for purchases made through Pixel Print Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an order is canceled before it is processed.
1.3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:
U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: Varies by location
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers are beyond our control.
1.4 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.
1.5 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pixel Print Shop is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@pixelprintshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
2.3 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at admin@pixelprintshop.com.
