Thank you for shopping at Pixel Print Shop. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at admin@pixelprintshop.com or call us at +1 (844) 391-1211 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare the Package: Securely package the item, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@pixelprintshop.com with details of the issue.
5. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
